INDIVIDUAL SKILLZ TRAINING 
BASIC SKILLZ (60 MINUTES)

Focus is on basic fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, defense & offensive schemes to develop consistency in game performance Repetitive drills to break old habits and create new habits

ADVANCED SKILLZ (75 MINUTES)

 

This is a more advanced level of training that combines strength, power, and fundamental skill development with repeated application of learned athletic skill training to improve the overall athlete. Drills are designed to develop the all-around player by incorporating a combination of footwork, shooting, balance, and ball handling skills. The drills and exercises are pulled from multiple professional training environments. Each athlete will be trained at an intense level to help them become effective physically and mentally. This level of training is geared towards high school & college athletes.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING | 60 MINUTES

NUMENTALITY SKILLZ CAMPS 

 

This is a more advanced level of training that combines strength, power, and fundamental skill development with repeated application of learned athletic skill training to improve the overall athlete. Drills are designed to develop the all-around player by incorporating a combination of footwork, shooting, balance, and ball handling skills. The drills and exercises are pulled from multiple professional training environments. Each athlete will be trained at an intense level to help them become effective physically and mentally. This level of training is geared towards high school & college athletes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you can be charged a $25 fee at your next appointment. Please remember that this does NOT apply for emergencies or illnesses.
 
Should my trainer cancel a session less than the 24-hour prior notice, I shall be entitled to rescheduling.

However, should my trainer cancel a session with MORE than a 24-hour notice, I shall be entitled to rescheduling within 7 days to ensure consistency and progress in my skill development or fitness p
rogram.

NO SHOW POLICY

Anyone that forgets or chooses not to show up for their session will be charged $15 for their missed session at their following session.

LATE POLICY

If you are 15 min or more late to your session (and you have not contacted me via text or phone call) you will most likely have to reschedule your session. These policies are implemented to protect my client’s time as well as my own. I value each one of you who has chosen to invest into NSA LLC.
