


INDIVIDUAL SKILLZ TRAINING

BASIC SKILLZ (60 MINUTES)

Focus is on basic fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, defense & offensive schemes to develop consistency in game performance Repetitive drills to break old habits and create new habits

ADVANCED SKILLZ (75 MINUTES)
This is a more advanced level of training that combines strength, power, and fundamental skill development with repeated application of learned athletic skill training to improve the overall athlete. Drills are designed to develop the all-around player by incorporating a combination of footwork, shooting, balance, and ball handling skills. The drills and exercises are pulled from multiple professional training environments. Each athlete will be trained at an intense level to help them become effective physically and mentally. This level of training is geared towards high school & college athletes.​

SMALL GROUP TRAINING | 60 MINUTES
This is a more advanced level of training that combines strength, power, and fundamental skill development with repeated application of learned athletic skill training to improve the overall athlete. Drills are designed to develop the all-around player by incorporating a combination of footwork, shooting, balance, and ball handling skills.
