Fundamental Skills and Development (60 min)

Competition Level Training (90 min)

This is a more advanced level of training that combines strength, power, and fundamental skill development with repeated application of learned athletic skill training to improve the overall athlete. Drills are designed to develop the all-around player by focusing on footwork, shooting, balance and ball-handling skills. The drills and exercises are pulled from Division I college and professional training environments. Each athlete will be trained at an intense level to help them become effective physically and mentally. This level of training is geared towards high school and college athletes.

Strength & Conditioning (1 hour)

This program focuses on increasing muscular strength & endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.

The client will perform weight-training exercises to enhance their performance on the playing field. A regimen designed that caters to the individual based on pre-test assessments.

This package helps motivate couples by allowing them to work out together or independently while achieving their fitness goals. Whether you are preparing for a wedding or just want to build a stronger bond through exercising, this program focuses on increasing muscular strength & endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.

 

Each couple will perform weight-training exercises to enhance their overall health. A regimen designed that caters to the individual based on pre-test assessments.
